Set on South Africa’s wild West Coast, in the authentic fishing village of Paternoster, these exquisite cottages are located right on the beach with an uninterrupted sea view. Nieuview had been designed to fit in with the look and the feel of the fisherman's village of Paternoster. From the outside, it looks like a fisherman's house - small windows, blue shutters, chimney window, thatch roof... but when you open the front door - you are in another world of luxury and the most beautiful sea views. Each window is designed in such a way that is forms a unique, ever changing, living picture.

It is amazing that although there are three cottages, there are very private and quiet. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful location we invite you to enjoy our sincere hospitality and the beautiful luxurious and romantic cottages which have been created for the discerning guest who appreciates attention to detail and something extra special. Linked to a spacious communal area, you will find a beautifully decorated plunge pool.

Each of the cottages is fully serviced and flooded with natural light. Soak up the sun on the patio or take a romantic stroll along the beach. Maritime touches and warm colors complement every room’s welcoming atmosphere. Nieuview offers an elegant, unfussy frame to enjoy a "homeowner" the benefits of the surrounding nature …... a mere 30 seconds walk from two lovely long beaches. There are three cottages in the building, all connected and built around a beautiful communal casual lounge area. The three cottages are linked by a communal sunroom pool, but the units have been cleverly designed to be completely private. These cottages are beautifully decorated and well appointed. You will love hearing the sea as you drift off to sleep
