Very disappointed.

We arrived and was well received, food and show was great and that is were it ended. In both the rooms the aircon flooded the floor we were struggling to get a hold of someone to come and help to clean up, 30min later we got hold of the manager that assisted in both rooms the TV's also did not work. 00:30 after our view there was people in the parking lot screaming and shouting. In the morning we woke up and again the room was flooded and we had little to no hot water in the shower. For R800 per room which is specified as the luxury rooms I would think this will be much better. When we left after breakfast again we could not find anybody to give the rooms keys to so we ended up just putting them on the counter. Sorry but I can not see that this is a 4 star lodge.
