Lekker gekuier. Buite-area was goed, maar die uitleg was nie geskik vir die groepsamestelling nie.

Die akkommodasie is stylvol en pragtig. Ons het egter 'n paar haakplekke ervaar. Ons was 4 volwassenes in die groep, wat graag elkeen op 'n eie bed wou slaap. Die uitleg van die huis was 'n probleem. Een dubbelbed in die hoofslaapkamer, een in die woonstel en 2 slaapplekke in die "loft". Dit was werklik moeilik om 'n tas teen die steil trappe na die boonste slaapgeriewe te kry. Om in die aand na 'n badkamer teen die trappe af te gaan was problematies. Die privaatheid op die boonste kamers was nie na wense nie. The accommodation is stylish and beautiful. However, we experienced a few hiccups. We were 4 adults in the group, who each wanted to sleep on their own bed. The layout of the house was a problem. One double bed in the main bedroom, one in the apartment and 2 beds in the "loft". It was really difficult to get a suitcase up the steep stairs to the upper sleeping quarters. Going down the stairs to a bathroom in the evening was problematic. The privacy on the upper rooms was not to be desired. The bathrooms were inconvenient as 3 slept in the house, and there was only a bath. The absence of a shower in the house or apartment was a gap as there were 2 older persons in the group, and only a shower outside the house. It was a pretty cold weekend and there was only a table and chairs outside. I would also suggest having a variety of pillows, the pillows were very hard. I think that the house is a lovely place to stay for 2 couples, but for our group composition it didn't work.
