Our stay was great, relaxing and refreshing.

Nyalaland is a place to be, we enjoyed a game drive with Joseph, wow the man is kind, loving, down to earth and patient. He made the drive interesting and wonderful, always willing to answer all the questions and gave us time to take pictures, Nyalaland Safari Lodge is very fortunate to have Joseph on their team.

A wonderful getaway from the city. Absolutely gorgeous and stunning scenery.

There was an electrical problem which was beyond their control, but the staff did their best in that situation. Apart from the gravel, it's worth it!

Die afgelope kuier by Nyalaland in een van die grasdak Chalets was 'n besondere ervaring gewees. Nyalaland het 'n uitstekende bestuurspan en alles loop soos 'n goed ge-oliede masjien. Met so 'n span kan die resultaat net goed wees. Die Chalet was baie netjies en skoon asook met pragtige tuine en grasperke daarby. Ons kon die lekker staproetes in die pragtige natuur tussen die bome en berge geniet. As stilte en rustigheid jou behoefte is, is Nyalaland die bestemming wat jy moet besoek, met baie vriendelike en hulpvaardige personeel om jou verblyf aangenaam te maak. A great getaway for a long weekend.

The host Tshede was extremely helpful and friendly, Rickus even accommodated the Rugby match without signal and were kind enough to inform us about hunting to take place on the farm without interfering our stay. The game drive with Joseph is a must. Will definitely be back.

Rustig en vreedsaam.

Terrein pragtig en goed onderhou. Kon op die plaas rondry en stap om die natuur te kon geniet. Eenhede het alles in wat nodig is. Geen loadshedding, daar is 'n kragopwekker. Het heelwat wild gesien.

Very serene and tranquil.

Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. However, my mind was troubled not by the gravel road, but by the fact that these lovely animals (nyalas) are used as hunting targets in the name of recreation. How sad that such innocent lives have to be sacrificed for human pleasures! Makes one think as to how we as humans are never at peace.
