Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Guests need to bring their own bath towels and beach/swimming towels.
- Please do not flush any foreign objects, sanitary pads or disposable nappies down the toilet, as the holiday home uses a septic tank.
- No noise after 10 pm during the week and 11 pm over weekends. Please keep the volume of car
sound systems at a reasonably low level.
- No braaing or fires are to be made indoors, on enclosed verandahs, balconies or wooden decks.
Please only use the designated braai areas and make sure all doors and windows are closed to prevent the braai smoke from entering the house.
- No fireworks are allowed on the premises since Leisure Bay is a fireworks-free zone.
- No furniture or utensils may be removed from the premises. Guests should refrain from moving the furniture around.
- Please leave the premises as it was found.
The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and all dishes must be washed and packed away before guests check out, otherwise, a penalty of R200 will be charged for leaving dirty dishes.
- Guests must please ensure that the burglar alarm is set and that all windows and doors are locked before check-out.
- Please inform the hosts of any breakage or damage of any items in the house, so that a replacement cost can be determined. - Strictly no smoking is allowed in the house.
