Ocean View Penthouse

Ja, maar sal voorstel WiFi moet ingesit word.

Absoluut teleurstellend, ek sal dit vir niemand aanbeveel nie, glad nie waarde vir geld nie, 'n klomp goed in die huis werk nie - muurproppe, ligte, toilet, aircons om 'n paar te noem.

Nadat ek van verskeie geleenthede gebruik gemaak het om seker te maak dat alles in werkende toestand is, het 'n klomp goed steeds nie gewerk nie. Van die deure kon nie sluit nie, aircons werk nie, muurproppe werk nie, van die ligte werk nie, braaier is baie vuil en die skoonmakers het genoem dat hul nie toegelaat word om die braaiers skoon te maak nie want dit vat te veel tyd en seep? Daar was geen toiletpapier of opwasseep nie, die wasmasjien se deurtjie is gebreek ens. Ek sal geen aanbeveling maak vir hierdie plek nie, die enigste raad van my sal wees om hier weg te bly. Dit was aaklig.

The location was perfect. The security is not great. The stairwells and passages going into the building were grubby.

I was disappointed that we only had 1 LED lamp for loadshedding. We arrived and did not have a dishtowel or sponge or a little dishwashing liquid before they arrived to clean - a day later. I did not feel safe. No security gate on front door. No soap at all in the bathrooms. A 4-star plaque is on the wall. This place was definitely not 4 stars! The cleaning company, Ruby, was amazing. They cleaned beautifully and were so helpful. Good location for beach and shops. There was no WiFi available which I did expect for the price we paid.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean View Penthouse. The only thing that they need to do is to invest on a generator.

Nie waarde vir geld en toestand swak.

Swak instandhouding. Dstv werk nie. Gasbraaier nooit skoon gemaak. Wag nog vir terugbetaling van breekskade.

Not Penthouse standard at all.

I stayed in penthouses before and this was nothing special. The only positive thing was the house cleaner Josephine.

Baie lekker gekuier, sonder enige probleme.

Ons het 'n wonderlike paar dae in Ballito spandeer. Akkommodasie was aangenaam, baie ruim en goeie ligging.

Nice location however the place has several issues.

Our stay was for 5 days. Not a bad place however you can see that the place is getting a bit rundown. Also during our stay, there were constant issues regarding power (not load-shedding related) and water. We were without water for two days due to a leak in the complex and we were constantly having power outages - the longest being a day and a half, so at some stage were had no water or power. The air-con in the small room didn't work at all and in the other room, the air-con was leaking. The lock on the front door randomly doesn't work from the inside which means you could literally get locked inside the apartment.

The place was lovely. Even the caretaker was friendly and welcoming.

The place was beautiful and exceeded my expectations with a beautiful view of the sea. The weekend was too short. I enjoyed my stay and I am definitely coming back for an entire week.

It was a very noisy and uncomfortable stay.

I would not recommend this unit. When things go wrong, you are passed around from one person to another and nobody helps. The gate remote did not work properly, and I notified the person I was told to contact. Nothing was done. The washing machine broke and tripped the electricity. I was left with this, and the smelly water that could not drain for an entire week. Then there was severe renovations right beneath our balcony, with such heavy drilling, we could not even speak to each other in the unit. I was promised a 50% refund for this inconvenience, which almost 2 weeks later is still not in my account. Our veranda was not usable due to the workers, noise and dust. We could enjoy it on the weekend only. I would in future rather book somewhere where there are people to help me when there is problems. As great as it was having an apartment, it turned out disastrous.

Ek was net daar vir 3 nagte, het toe by vriende gaan kuier. Maar dit was heerlik. Die plek is pragtig en sal beslis weer daar tuisgaan.

Geniet en ligging was uitstekend.

Was teleurgestel oor die aircon wat nie gewerk het nie in die hoofslaapkamer. Die gasteboek het vorige gaste geskryf dat daardie aircon al vir 'n lang tyd nie werk nie (hulle kon ons gewaarsku het daaroor). Vloer was ook nie deeglik skoongemaak nie.

Lieflike verblyf.

Absoluut heerlike en luukse verblyf, met alles wat nodig is. Binne loopafstand van die strand, heerlike swembad en veilige parkering. Die diens wat ons van Amanda ontvang het was wonderlik, met presiese aanwysings, oproepe om seker te maak dat als reg is, asook dat ons veilig terug is. Ocean View Penthouse is definitief van die hoogste standaard en ek sal hul met ‘n geruste hart aanbeveel.
