We were not placed in the room we requested and we requested breakfast but, unfortunately, we were told that no breakfast will be served that weekend.

We arrived 16:15 and the room we were placed in was not ready. The previous tenant was still moving out. The manager told us that the room was cleaned but the previous tenant only stored his stuff in the room because he worked in a dangerous area and could not take it with. Unfortunately, there were still toiletries in the bathroom and bottles, etc. next to the fridge. We requested a room overlooking the garden and swimming pool, instead we were placed in a room overlooking the street. We requested breakfast when we booked the guesthouse which was confirmed by the manager but on arrival, we were told that no breakfast would be served that weekend.
