This beautiful house can accommodate a total of 12 guests and comprises 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom, situated on the upper floor level, is furnished with a king-size bed, and has a private lounge and has access to the balcony overlooking the lush greenery of the garden and the swimming pool. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, and features a dressing area. The second bedroom is situated on the west-wing side and is furnished with a king-size bed, dressing area with ample cupboard space, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the lower floor and exits onto the patio below with views of the garden, fire pit and outdoor dining area. It is furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Adjoining the third and fourth bedrooms is a TV lounge with a smart TV with access to Netflix, and dining area, perfect for kids entertainment. Bedroom 5 has 2 bunk beds fit for adult use. Both floors have a guest bathroom.
The open-plan living area includes an idyllic kitchen, dining area, and lounge with fireplace, all connected to a large sundeck area overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven, an air fryer, cutlery, crockery, and a coffee machine. In a separate scullery is a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. The kitchen expands to a spacious dining table with chairs, and further opens up the living room furnished with plush seating space and the cosy fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and comes with a solar inverter system for backup power supply during power outages. A dedicated laundry can be found downstairs and housekeeping service is available during the week.
The deck features a portable gas braai, a dining table and seating area, perfect for alfresco dining, deck chairs and outdoor sofa. A beautiful braai area opens up to the garden with stunning views of the mountains. A fire pit can be found in the garden and is perfect for outdoor leisure alongside the pool.
