Only Sometymz offers self-catering accommodation and is located in the seaside town of Yzerfontein. The holiday house is ideally situated 500 m from a secluded beach near the harbour, as well as the main beach which forms part of the well-known 16 Mile Beach of Yzerfontein.
This pet-friendly double-storey home is decorated in a modern minimalist style and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living area.
The downstairs level contains the bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed; these 2 bedrooms each contain an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The third bedroom has access to the third bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The downstairs area leads out to a big fully enclosed garden, which is ideal for kids or pets to play in at their heart’s content. The outside area offers a patio area and an extra braai facility.
The top level consists of the open-plan kitchen and living area; the well-equipped kitchen contains a 2-plate stove with a mini-oven, electric frying pan, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cappuccino machine, sandwich maker, and an egg boiler. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and black bags are provided.
The adjacent lounge boasts an indoor braai facility, a TV with Netflix, Prime and Youtube, a pool table, games and books are provided as well. The living area leads out onto a balcony that offers a dining table, chairs and lounging chairs to enjoy the beautiful area views.
In addition, the holiday home offers free uncapped Wi-Fi access, as well as on-site parking.
