House Rules
Please note that 2 dogs roam the property but are restricted from the accommodation area.
The hosts reside on the premises but have a separate entrance from the unit.
No smoking is allowed indoors.
Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels and firewood. No towels, cushions or blankets that are the property of Oppi Hoeki may be removed from the unit.
The occupancy of the unit is strictly limited to the number of people confirmed on the booking.
As Oppi Hoekie is in a residential area, guests are strongly urged to keep noise and music at a low level at all times. No noise will be allowed after 22:00.
The owner accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, loss of property or damage that any guest may experience. The guest can make no claim against the owner whether the occurrence was within the control of the owner or not.
Please note that guests may be asked to leave the premises if any of the above rules are not followed. No refunds will be made in such a case.
