Located in the idyllic seaside town of Sandbaai, Our Place 1 is a charming self-catering home that is perfect for a small family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil escape within easy reach of the beach. Accommodation is located on the owner’s property but guests have access to their own facilities as well as a private entrance.
This lovely house can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other a queen-size bed. One shared bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. An extra guest toilet is also available. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 8 stools. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 8 guests. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a coffee table and a TV. Free Wi-Fi ensures that staying connected is a breeze.
