Description
Outeniqua Strandhuis offers self-catering accommodation in 2 beautiful self-catering options located in Outeniqua Strand, Grootbrak Rivier and boasts stunning ocean views throughout the house.
The Strandhuis can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bed as well as a double sleeper couch suited for 2 children. A shower, bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the second bathroom while the third bathroom only has a shower.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, a dining and a living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available.
Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has a fireplace, comfortable seating and a TV and guests have access to free Wi-Fi. Through the sliding door, there is a lovely large balcony with a wood-burning and a gas braai. The house has solar panels and will therefore have power during loadshedding hours.
The Strandhuis Woonstel can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, and presents a sea view as well as a private entrance. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area, suitable for 2 children under 12 years of age. The bathroom has a shower, double sink and separate toilet.
There is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and a kettle. The living area has a TV and a double sleeper couch.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own boma, braai facilities, and lawn.
The location of the units are within close proximity of the beach, 15 km from George Airport, 20 km from George and 29 km from Mossel Bay.
