Die pad is baie lelik. Tuine is verwaarloos. Skuifdeur werk nie. Dit was wel skoon en netjies binne.

Met jou vertrek het ek met jou n telefoniese persoonlik bespreek iom asseblief aanbevelings to doen, om die kwaliteit van diens te verbeter.
Graag wil ek jou graag verseker dat daar dadelik aan jou aanbevelings gewerk is
Ek is dankbaar dat julle geen skade op julle voertuig gehad het met die koms na Hertzogville.
Dankie dat julle my raad gevolg het voordat julle die pad aangevat het.
Weereens baie dankie vir jou terugvoer telefonies en op sosiale media dit word opreg waardeer.
Tuine is baie dood in die winter. Alle tuine in die ogewing lyk af. Jammer oor die seisoene.
Daar is reeds begin met oprgradeering van die Hele Gastehuis. Storte is reeds vervang. Volgens my personeel het die persoon wat n probleem met die stort beleef het dadelik gehanteer, en in n ander kamer geplaas .
Die Gastehuis sal voor volgende week voltooi opgegradeer wees
Ons glo julle volgende besoek sal aan julle vereistes voldoen.

Beds clean and comfortable. Hot water. Owners very friendly and helpful. Needs some fixing up.

Chose this because we needed to be in the area. The rooms were clean but there were some things that needed fixing such as a shower head and a sink. Tins of paint and other materials lying around and some of the wardrobes were filled with items such as clothing and miscellaneous. Needs an outdoor area with chairs and braai facility. Only one small portable braai. The kitchen had limited crockery and cutlery so need to say on advert to bring your own. Also, the owners dogs wandered freely and would go into the rooms. Should fence off the accommodation or keep the dogs out.
