Uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Upon entering the area we waited for roughly 20 min to get assistance to our unit. We asked for help from a fellow tenant who I feel had a closer relationship to the host than led on that rudely told his relationship partner who he was arguing with in a public space that "they are not my problem I don't care about them". Several calls to the host were made with no answer. Had to call your resources for assistance and was shortly after informed that the hosts were unaware of a booking we made 2 weeks in advance even after we spoke with the host beforehand. We were then moved to another unit which in my opinion was not checked beforehand. It was clean but there could definitely be some attention paid to the quality at which tasks were done for example making the beds. In the end. We had a place to sleep for the night and hot water. What more do you need?
