Good place, but the service isn't.

As a guest you expect to have access to all facilities that you are paying for, I had to ask for permission to use the pool, the manager was nowhere to be found because I'm still not sure where the reception area was. The cleaning lady was so sweet and helped me open up the pool. I was shouted at as if I was a child by the manager because I didn't ask her for permission to make use of the pool even though I really didn't know where she was.
