Very friendly and professional staff.

The location is unfortunately not that great. The wonderful staff and breakfast were very good! The property needs a bit of attention.

Very disappointing!

It is a far cry from a Boutique Guesthouse. The facility is run down and severely outdated, and the lack of management is evident everywhere. The guesthouse was run by a group of students with little experience or knowledge, and there was no management on site during our whole stay. The food was disappointing. The only positive was that the rooms are spacious.

Disappointed.

The staff were very friendly, however when we got to our room the bathroom lights were not working and our side lamps didn't have globes, they said maintenance will have to look at it the next day. The breakfast was delicious.

Uiters swak! Nooit ooit weer sal ons daar oornag of plek kan aanbeveel nie.

Onprofessioneel, onnet binnehof, ontvangs skep nie 'n goeie indruk nie, kamer was ingerrig vir een persoon. Moes vra vir handdoeke, seep, 'n beker, koffie, wasseep! Ag, ek kan nog baie goed noem - ons het vroeg gery volgende oggend en hul het gesê hul sal ons ontbyt by sekuriteitsman los. Oggend toe ons wil ry, is daar geen ontbyt nie! Excellent, kind and friendly service and beautifully furnished rooms; luxurious.

When we arrived we were a bit disappointed as the guesthouse had not picked up our booking through TravelGround. However, they went out of their way to accommodate us, even though they were practically fully booked. the staff were friendly and kind and helpful. The comfort and luxury of the rooms was superb, and we had a scrumptious breakfast on our departure the next morning. It was a great experience in every way.

Dit was absoluut 'n "oase in die woestyn". Baie, baie beïndruk.

Was bekommerd toe ons in die dorp inry - die area is regtig nie goed nie. Maar toe ons inry by die gastehuis was dit 'n totaal ander ervaring. Wat 'n absolute pragtige gastehuis. Absoluut bederf. Selfs ontbyt pakkies gekry omdat ons die oggend vroeg al gery het! Wat 'n wenner.
