Park West Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a light and bright garden cottage situated on a residential property in the heart of Newlands. The cottage has a separate entrance, and overlooks a green garden with mountain views. Walking distance to all amenities. Perfect for Two Oceans Marathon, Kelvin Grove, Kirstenbosch and UCT.
The tastefully furnished cottage can accommodate 2 guests, and comprises a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The cottage has a separate split-level kitchen and living area, and a desk with WiFi. The kitchen features a breakfast counter, and is equipped with a fridge, an electric oven, a gas hob and a microwave.
Guests have access to braai facilities and there is a shared swimming pool. Off-street parking and secure parking for night time is also available, and the cottage is serviced daily, depending on the length of stay. There are two Golden Retrievers on the property, therefore other pets are not permitted. The outdoor area is shaded by oak trees in the early mornings, with plenty of sunshine later in the day. Guests can relax on the garden patios and pool loungers.
