Parys Golf and Country Estate 2911 is a modern self-catering home situated on the Parys Golf and Country Estate, on the outskirts of Parys. The house is located on a free-standing island in the estate, which borders the Vaal River.
This luxurious, fully furnished multi-level house is surrounded by trees and comprises 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms; 3 bedrooms offer lovely river views. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second, third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The main and second bedrooms each feature an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and a basin, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a basin.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, a deep freezer, an ice machine, and a dishwasher for convenience. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The open-plan air-conditioned living area has a guest toilet, an 8-seater dining table. The house boasts 2 lounge areas, each with a 4K TV with DStv Explora package channels. The enclosed built-in braai area, with a dining table and lounge, has sliding doors overlooking the Vaal River.
The indoor braai area leads out to an open swimming pool overlooking the garden; the garden leads down to the river. The house has a double automated garage for 2 vehicles to park in, and 4 outside parking spaces.
