House Rules
Amount of guests is strictly according to the number of guests booked and paid for. The house can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and no children are allowed.
Day visitors, extra guests staying over, parties, loud music, and smoking indoors are not allowed.
Beach towels will be provided.
The studio is pet friendly but by prior arrangement only.
Only socially friendly pets are welcome.
Pet owners must bring their own pet beds, bedding, and towels. Sofas and beds are strictly for human use only.
Pets are not to be left by themselves under any circumstances, both inside and outside the house.
Pet owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets, either by teeth, claws, bad potty training, or territorial markings.
All hair left behind by pets is the sole responsibility of the pet owner and should be cleaned up before departure.
Stays of 6 days or longer, receive 1 refresh cleaning service
- change of bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen cloths.
- sweeping and mopping of house
- cleaning of bathrooms and refilling of toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet)
- sweeping of the patio and cleaning of the braai area.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
