House 1 accommodates 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains a single bed. All of the beds have electric blankets and all of the rooms have a heater. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, a washbasin, a shower, and a bath. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate stove and a eye-level oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen area has an in-door braai and also contains a dining area with sufficient seating for meals to be enjoyed together as a family. The living area is furnished with a 6-seater dining table as well as ample seating in front of a fireplace and flat-screen TV with Netflix, for relaxation. Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge leads out onto an undercover porch with seating, overlooking the garden.
