Pepper Tree Cottage offers cosy self-catering accommodation with lovely mountain views located less than a five-minute walk to the sandy beach, rock pools, and the cliff path walk of Sandbaai. Situated 5 km from the beautiful town of Hermanus, this could be a great option for a family getaway, or a special weekend escape from busy city life to the coast of the Overberg.

This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom which is fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and towels are provided, and all beds are fitted with electric blankets for the cooler winter months.

The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a washing machine. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace, a double sleeper couch and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. There is a separate dining room where guests can enjoy their meals together.

Additionally, this home also has a sunroom where guests can enjoy a morning coffee before starting their day. Outside there is a wooden deck to the back of the property and a patio overlooking the mountains, to the front. The expansive garden is fully secured by being fully walled with remote gated access, ideal for visitors with pets or small children. It also has braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage with direct access to the house.
