It consists of 4 bedrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, shower, and washbasin. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom, which is fitted with a toilet, shower, bath, and washbasin. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, 2 outdoor showers, an outdoor toilet, and laundry facilities. A patio with braai facilities, as well as a sheltered fire pit that can be used for braaing, is located in the backyard. The property also features a separate entrance.
