This stunning double-storey home has splendid Indian Ocean views and is located in the secure Pezula Golf Estate, situated in Knysna. This villa is the ideal base from which to experience the Garden Route in superb luxury.
This villa has stylish finishes and sleeps 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, 3 lounges, a bar, a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, and both outdoor and indoor dining areas.
All of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The main bedroom’s sliding doors open onto a private balcony with beautiful ocean views and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom’s en-suite bathroom also has a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom’s en-suite bathroom has a bath only, and both the fourth and fifth bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There’s also a guest toilet.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with a double-door fridge-freezer, a gas stove, 2 ovens, a microwave, an air fryer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen counter also doubles as a breakfast nook and this area further extends into the main lounge area furnished with a dining table with chairs, a lounge suite, and a flat-screen TV. The large, covered pool deck boasts a built-in braai for family entertainment. Secure parking is available on the premises.
