Plain Champagne is nestled on a picturesque 60-ha working farm located near Cathkin Park in the heart of the Central Drakensberg. This off-the-grid property is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a tranquil retreat within easy reach of attractions and amenities in the area.

This charming thatch-roof house comprises 6 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 12 guests at a time. Each room is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, and microwave. A separate scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine is available just off the kitchen.

The living area features a comfy seating space as well as a TV and opens onto a lovely deck leading to an expansive lawn and boma where guests can enjoy a braai. Guests are also welcome to explore the farm on foot or by bicycle.
