Uncomfortable and a very uncomfortable bed.

I bumped myself a few times against the frame of the bed, rooms were particularly small and shower water splashed everywhere. Guests who came in between 3 and 4 in the morning woke everyone up! It was not a pleasant visit at all! Too little parking, too many vehicles!

Algemene opmerking oor alle akkommodasie plekke, daar word nie aandag gegee aan detail. Beligting by spieël vir vrouens altyd tekort, dreinerings en stortkoppe word nie skoongemaak en/of skoon gehou. (Drain cleaner een keer per mand ten minste) Diens hier was goed en vriendelik en die etes gemiddeld, het nie meer as dit verwag, maar daar is geen klagtes, jy kry waarvoor jy betaal en hulle het goed gedoen, ons het lekker gebly. Vriende ook saam gehad. E-pos van bestuurder ontvnag voor ons aankoms met haar info indien ennige klagtes, dit was 'n nice touch en was gewaardeer.

(Drain cleaner once per basket at least) Service here was good and friendly and the meals average, didn't expect more than that, but there are no complaints, you get what you pay for and they did a good job, we had a nice stay. Had friends together too. Received email from manager before our arrival with her info if any complaints, it was a nice touch and was appreciated.

For the price we paid I expected something much better.

The hotel is old and run-down - even though the new owners are painting over the cracks, it is shabby. The linen on the beds is old and didn't look freshly laundered. Mirrors are rusty, handles for towels hang lopsided and are falling off the wall. However, the staff tried really hard to help, and the breakfast was good. It served its purpose but I wouldn't recommend it. Also, the description states that there is coffee and tea-making equipment. We couldn't find tea bags and nobody knew what a coffee plunger was.
