Wonderful stay.

Our stay in general was good, but what made it great was the effort that the hosts put in with our little one. They included her and made her weekend so much more special.

Lovely long weekend.

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodation has everything you need. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone, we had a great time.

Awesome accommodation and host.

Porcupine Place is an amazing accommodation site. The only thing is that you must use a bakkie to get there if you are staying for more than 2 days. The reason is that it's self-catering, and you will have to buy groceries before arriving because it's 4ks traveling on a gravel road. My personal opinion about the accommodation area is that the view is spectacular, and the river is your view for the weekend. It relaxes you. The host is truly amazing. We had an experience of a lifetime for the 2 days that we spent at Porcupine Place. Also, Vaal Dam/Marina is not far from the accommodation site. If you want to get away from the city life for even 1 day, then that's the place for me - amazing time spent there (during load shedding, at least the WiFi works).
