Very disappointing in basics of cleanliness. No WiFi as promised.

Very disappointed and frankly I think disrespectful. Dusty, dirty, numerous visible spiderwebs, insects in cupboard, visible dust on appliances. No WiFi which was promised. Informed on arrival of extra fees which were not indicated on the website, which of course we did not pay. Apologizing after the fact for things that are basic was not reassuring at all. Been to many accommodations before at the sea with no cleanliness problems like this.

Hi Darryl, thank you for your review. As discussed with you, the winds on the West Coast blow dust through the tiny cracks. There was a mistake regarding the WiFi when the property was listed by LekkeSlaap, and we did not enforce the once-off cleaning fee of R500 and refundable breakage deposit of R1500, as these were also not listed by LekkeSlaap. We refunded you R500 due to your dissatisfaction. We wish you and your family an incredible 2024. Thank you.
