Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. This cleaning service includes the making of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping and mopping of all floors. Please note this does not include the washing of dishes.
- R500 laundry fee applicable to bookings of only 2 nights.
- This establishment does not accept bookings for unaccompanied guests under the age of 25.
- The breakage deposit is payable directly to the establishment.
- Guests must please bring their own beach towels.
- Strictly no smoking is allowed in the apartment.
- The complex has a no noise policy as it is a residential complex.
- Guests please need to complete and sign booking forms and rules, copy of ID and Proof of residence required.
