My stay was average.

The 1st room, 116, that was allocated to us did not accommodate for old folks. The bath tub was super high to get in and out safely. As per our request on Day 2, the hotel managed to move us to a room with a walk-in shower. The hairdryer in the room did not work. I asked reception to get maintenance to fix the hairdryer but was told to shower in the room and use the hairdryer in room 225. We asked if we could move to room 225 instead of to and fro. We moved to room 225 at about 11pm at night, but room 225 had a very strong unpleasant odour. We then moved back to the room and we were given a traveller hairdryer which was not working to our expectations. The traveller hairdryer was returned to reception and I asked for maintenance to fix the hairdryer in the room, which was eventually fixed on Day 3. The teabags and milk in the rooms are of very poor quality. We then bought our own teabags but when we used the milk in the room, the milk was off, hence we had to throw our teas. We requested hot milk from the kitchen; it took about 15 minutes to arrive. On the day of departure, 1st Jan, we requested to borrow a pair of scissors, but the scissors never arrived. It was surprising to note that the rooms don't have a little fridge like most of the other hotels do.

Terrible: I barely slept as the room was noisy.

Die verblyf was baie goed en die diens uitstekend.

Ek het 2 aande daar vertoef terwyl ek 'n Tandheelkundige Konferensie bygewoon het by Vodaworld. Dit is ook gerieflik naby Vodaworld wat baie gehelp het met die verkeer!
