Didn't know about our arrival and it was a very bad experience. Booked well in advance and paid in full, not even just deposit.

When we arrived we had to learn that they did not know about our booking. They were also told that they were full and there was no room open for us. After great stress and waiting we were taken to a room which was not the number we booked. The room was very hot. Couldn't keep the sliding door open because everyone could see on the bed. Bed is right in front of the door and looks out on garden where other guests were sitting. Room very small and very little space or moving space.

I booked the bottom unit and was put in the top unit.

My 82-year-old mother was with me, which is why I booked the ground floor apartment. She put us in the top unit because they were painting the interior of the ground floor unit. She could have painted it before or after we were there, as I had booked in advance. The sleeper couch was terribly uncomfortable for my daughter. We had a lovely stay at prestigious apartment.

We felt at home. It is very homey and cosy we were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The area is safe and quiet I loved the fact that restaurants are near. Will definitely come back again.

Professional, clean and tidy apartments.

Josia welcomed us and explained everything to us. He was in contact with us while on our way to the apartment. The apartment was clean and neat. There's great restaurants in the area, but if you wish to self cater the apartment is nicely equipped also to do so.
