Being in the Cape, one of the world’s richest floral kingdoms, Provençal La De Villa is grounded in its own little piece of virgin fynbos heaven; untouched and unspoiled, naturally beautiful in every way. Located in the prestigious Bishopscourt, Western Cape, a beautiful self-catering house, is ideal for creating lasting memories with loved ones.
This spacious air-conditioned home can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and offers guests a choice of 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, and toilet. The remaining 3 bedrooms contain queen-size beds. The house has 2 full bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet, and an additional bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Centrally controlled security shutters create a safe haven upstairs.
The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a 6-seater dining table, is fully furnished with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup espresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, and various utensils. The lounge contains gemsbok leather couches and an indoor gas-operated fireplace perfect for the colder nights. The TV room has ample seating as well as a smart TV along with complimentary Wi-Fi facilities. The pool room includes a kitted-out games room with table tennis, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade machine with 3000+ games. The house makes use of purified water via a borehole filtration system, 28 large solar panels, a 10.5KW FoxESS inverter, and a 28 KWH FoxESS battery system.
Outside, guests have access to a braai area, pizza oven, and a large jacuzzi. During the summer days, a refreshing saltwater pool awaits guests, offering a rejuvenating respite from the heat. The property boasts a large garden with an automated watering system.
