Our agents, Mandy, were excellent and very thorough, and really went above and beyond for our family, contacting the owners and making extra arrangements for our family! Although a little small for our family of 7, the porch area helped a lot for the hanging out part. The very best of the whole unit, was the incredible view, we could literally see the dolphins playing in the waves! Very important, take binoculars with you! The master bedroom is delightfully spacious with more than enough cupboards, and the bed ensures a good night's rest. Something to recommend to the owners is a drying rack to hang towels, etc. After a day at the sea, the tepid swimming pool was a lovely treat, especially for our elderly grandmother, who was traveling along. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday, we will definitely recommend Ramsgate Palms 77!
