Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated smoking areas with ashtrays.
No glassware is allowed anywhere near or around the pool area. Plastic and paper cups have been provided for use around the pool and deck.
Strictly no food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms or in the swimming pool.
No damage deposit is charged however, any damaged caused by the guest/s during their stay will be for the guest/s account and is payable upon check out. This includes but not limited to glassware, appliances, curtains, and linen. The amount charged will be the current replacement value at the time of the damage.
Guest should refrain from making loud noises on weekdays between 23:00-07:00 and weekends 00:00-08:00.
No additional guests are allowed to sleep over without the consent of the Proprietor. Additional guests will be charged at an additional cost per person.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited however, visitors are allowed. A maximum of 12 people including guests may occupy the premises at any time and the visitors that stay after 00:00 will be charged at the additional cost.
All common areas are monitored by CCTV cameras. Failure to comply with the above regulations may lead to the bookings being cancelled and the guests requested to leave the premises at their own cost
