Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R925 cleaning fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

In accordance with the established booking terms, a breakage deposit is mandatory for each reservation. This deposit will be reimbursed within 7 working days following the guest's departure, conditional upon the unit being left in the same condition as it was upon the guest's arrival and everything is in order.

Should there be any discrepancies or damages within the unit, we kindly request to report them to the office within 12 working hours.

Please take note that the unit is designated as strictly non-smoking, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, necessary for the purpose of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.

In the event that it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than the number initially quoted, or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the guest's deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are regrettably not permitted on the premises.

Additionally, please be advised that this unit is equipped with a DStv connection. If guests wish to enjoy DStv programming, kindly bring your own decoder, smart card, and cables, please note that it is not compatible with PVR/Explora.

While all bed linen is provided, we recommend guests to bring their own bath and beach towels. A complimentary supply of toilet paper and guest soap is included; however, as this unit is self-catering, replenishment of these items is at the guest's own expense. Don't forget to bring dishwashing liquid and any other cleaning materials you may require.

For guest's convenience, cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This service must be scheduled through the office at least 48 hours in advance, and payment should be made to us directly, not to the cleaner. Please bear in mind that this service is subject to resource availability, particularly during peak seasons.
