Rendezvous 15 is a lovely first-floor unit in a secure Ramsgate complex, South Africa, with captivating sea views and room for up to 6 guests.

This unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom offers stunning sea views, a queen-sized bed, and a ceiling fan. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and ceiling fans, with a second bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. While all necessary bed linen is provided, guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances like a fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There's also a kitchen nook seating 6 for convenient dining. Laundry facilities are available in the complex's laundry room. The lounge area comfortably seats 6 people and is equipped with a ceiling fan, along with a TV connected to DStv. Please note that guests will need to bring their own decoder, smartcard, and cables as it's not compatible with PVR or Explora.

Step out onto the spacious patio with panoramic sea views. It's furnished for 6 guests, including a steel garden set for 4, sun loungers, an umbrella, and a kettle braai for outdoor cooking. Within the complex, there's a swimming pool for relaxation. The unit also comes with a lock-up garage for guests' convenience, and secure visitor parking is available at the front of the complex.
