Riparian Retreat is a beautifully decorated, self-catering house and can accommodate up to 10 persons at a time. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, each with a beautiful view of the Vaal River and Vaal De Grace Golf Estate. The main bedroom has a luxurious queen-size bed, its own lounge area and an en-suite bathroom with a Victorian bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second room also has a queen-size bed whilst the third room comprises 2 double beds and the fourth room twin beds. The guest bathrooms also have Victorian baths and a large shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The spacious living area has a large kitchen, a dining room and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons needed and also features a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge holds comfortable seating, a fireplace and a TV with DStv. The living room walks out onto the patio with amazing views, a dining set and braai facilities. There are sun loungers and a swimming pool for guests to enjoy on those sunny days. The separate gazebo can be utilised to enjoy a breakfast outdoors.

For the colder nights, guests can gather around the boma on the river bed and enjoy the starry skies. For the fishing enthusiasts, guests have their own private fishing spot.

Guests can enjoy a walk in the bush, birdwatching or head into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The more adventurous can go quad biking and white water rafting to name but a few activities in the area.
