Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
Inventory must be checked by the tenant upon arrival, and any discrepancies must be reported within 12 hours of arrival. If no shortages or damage are reported, the contents of the units will be considered correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages incurred. Please note that the unit is only inspected after the tenant has vacated the premises.
Any damage to the property that is immovable or movable, except for wear and tear, will be for the tenant's account and invoiced to the tenant for payment.
No weddings, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. The number of people occupying the premises may not exceed the maximum number of guests for which the house caters (including children).
Guests will not be allowed to enter or occupy the unit where their numbers exceed the maximum number of guests per unit or the full break damage deposit has not been received.
Guests and their visitors must abide by the provisions and the rules of the local municipality's by-laws to avoid eviction of tenants or their guests. The owner reserves the right to remove guests if they are drunk and disorderly or cause a disturbance of the peace, in which case guests forfeit their full fees.
This is a non-smoking residential property. Only outside the property and on the deck areas will be allowed. Any damage due to smoke will be charged at full replacement cost (including delivery and installation).
No pets are allowed unless written approval is given.
For all reservations, please bring beach towels, black trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent.
