River Club 4258 is a modern and spacious double-storey self-catering house located in the popular River Club Estate situated on the Piesang River approximately 3 minutes drive or 1.2 km from Central Robberg Beach and 550 m from a mini-shopping complex.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The first bedroom is upstairs and contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, and a balcony overlooking the Piesang River. The second bedroom is located downstairs and contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom is located downstairs, and contains a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom, also downstairs, contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
There is an upstairs TV lounge with a pool table. The kitchen, dining area, and second lounge are downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a dishwasher. There is a 4-seater dining table and chairs, and a breakfast bar with stools. The second lounge features a TV with a selection of DStv channels. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens onto a vast patio with a built-in braai, a Weber braai, outdoor furniture and river views.
The River Club complex offers a communal fenced swimming pool, 24-hour access controlled security, well-maintained gardens, and squash and tennis courts.
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
The house has a single garage filled with sporting equipment, it is not available for parking vehicles.
