Personal items were lost.

Our stay was okay. The only issue was when we realised we forgot to take out some clothing items from the wardrobe and alerted the establishment some 30 hours after check-out (we checked out just before 8 am and alerted the establishment of this before lunchtime on Monday) the stuff was not found. So we lost stuff.
