Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R200 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

A Full English Breakfast is available on request served between 07:00-08:30 am Monday to Friday at an additional cost. The kitchen closes at 9:00 am and Sundays at 9:30 am. On Saturdays and Public Holidays breakfast will be from 08:00-09:30 am, earlier by prior arrangement. Sunday's breakfast will be only between 08:00-09:00 am, earlier by prior arrangement.
Late check-in can be made by prior arrangement. The gates closes at 9 pm for security reasons. There is not a 24hr reception.
The day visitors rate will be charged from 10:30 am.
Please leave the key at reception before you leave and get an exit code.
A cleaning/breakage fee of R300.00 will be charged for group bookings upon arrival.
There will be a penalty of R200 for any lost or damaged keys.
No smoking is allowed in rooms or units.
No eating is allowed in the rooms. There are seating areas available around the pool deck.
No alcohol is allowed in the pool areas or luxury rooms, we have a fully licensed bar.
Should any alcohol be brought into the Luxury Rooms or Pool Area, there will be a corkage fee of R150 per person.
No music allowed.
Appropriate swimwear to be used when swimming, no underwear, please.
Residents will not be allowed any visitors unless by prior arrangement.

NO kitchen facilities available for the 4 star en-suite rooms, however we do have braai facilities near our dam with all necessary cutlery and crockery available on request.
Dinner options are available Monday to Thursday with prior arrangements (Need to let us know by 2PM) Closed During December.
There are GREAT restaurants between 5km and 20km from the lodge.

All en-suite rooms are 4 star graded, the self-catering units are not graded.
Rooms are serviced daily with exception of Weekends and Public Holidays.
Should you require a service on the above days there will be an additional fee and this will be by prior arrangement at reception.
No noise or Swimming after 21h00, we want all our guests to enjoy their stay!
No littering, a cleaning fee will be charged at check-out if need be.
Unruly guests will not be tolerated and will be escorted off the premises.
Please re-enquire before making payment to make sure the accommodation is still available.
A 50% deposit payment will secure the room.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT NO BOOKING WILL BE MADE UNLESS A DEPOSIT IS PAID.
THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT MUST BE SETTLED AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
