I would choose one of the other houses.

As a large family we rented three houses. We chose to eat at either of the other houses as the utensils and kitchen equipment were old and grubby. Everything else was lovely, neat and clean. It was the most spacious house out of the three. The other two were self-catering but had everything one would require to stay for a long period of time: towels, any utensil one could imagine, individual umbrellas, and decorated like a home. Very cosy and welcoming.
