Rustling Palms is a well-furnished apartment ideal for guests who are looking for self-catering facilities and sea views while on a beach getaway along the South Coast. This apartment is situated in the secure Greenhart Estate in Palm Beach.

This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 1 child-only bunk bed. The other two bedrooms have a double bed in one and two singles in the other. There are 2 bathrooms one fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin and the other shower, toilet and basin.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs and the living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DSTV.

The sliding doors lead to the balcony which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities where guests can enjoy the lovely sea views. Secure parking is available on the premises. The complex also has a communal swimming pool, braai area, restaurant, bar, small shop and a laundromat. There is also a borehole in the complex and a JoJo tank at the unit for continuous water supply. We have a gas bottle and cooker top in the kitchen. Rustling Palms is also centrally situated within close proximity to blue flag swimming beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and walking trails.
