Description
San Lameer Villa 10902 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The top floor main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share the third bathroom which has a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to Wi-Fi is available. There is an inverter that keeps selected plugs and lights running during load shedding.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with a splash pool with a safety gate and braai facilities which is a great spot for a sundowner while admiring the views of the leafy surroundings. Access to secure parking is available.

San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam.
