Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Please note that only the number of guests booked are allowed to make use of the premises.
Entrance fees for 2 vehicles are included in the price. Any additional vehicles will be charged per vehicle.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
No pets are allowed.
The villa is serviced daily, except for Sundays and public holidays.
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles on the estate.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival. No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
Guests are not allowed to sublet the unit. The keys will only be signed out to the surname confirmed with our agent.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming.
The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can’t control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem.
Please note we can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances mentioned, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
