San Lameer Villa 2412 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a bath as well as a separate toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading down from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge is cosy with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Villa is equipped with a full house inverter .

This living area opens onto a sunny patio with an outdoor dining table, a picnic table, comfortable outdoor furniture, a firepit and a Weber braai which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning.
