San Lameer Villa 3216 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 4 guests at a time as it comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and dishwasher are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge is cosy with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning.
