San Lameer Villa 3708 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This tastefully designed villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The other bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms use a shared bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 6 stools. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 8 guests.
