For April I thought it was excessively expensive. I expected more. It's small and it needs a good "makeover". Old and shabby. The fridge stank so bad I couldn't possibly put any item in it. Really bad. I had to hold the room door and all the vents open after only opening the fridge for maybe 5 seconds to look for ice. There was no ice. I wouldn't dare put anything in that fridge. It felt like I had arrived there unexpectedly. Never again.

We consider our prices to be market-related and compare very well with similar facilities, in fact, the view you get from our apartments is fantastic as very few facilities have this view.
The apartments have been refurbished 3 years ago with a "Beach" theme. All appliances and furnishings are relatively new.
It is standard practice for us to keep the fridge doors open in order to avoid bad smells or mould forming. Sorry about the ice. All apartments are inspected before the arrival of guests, and if there was a bad odour in the fridge, this would have been rectified before your arrival.
All guests are requested upon arrival to raise any concerns or requirements immediately, in order for us to make your stay more comfortable. No issues were raised by you, upon your arrival or departure. I somehow think that you have mistaken our apartment for another one on the journey you took. As nobody has complained before or after your visit about our place being old, or the furniture is worn out or the fridges stinking.
We are really upset that you did not enjoy your stay. Perhaps next time you are booking stays at facilities, and you are not happy with something, you will immediately inform the hosts of your complaints, rather than posting unjust comments for all to see.
