Santika Villa
Description
The swimming pool and pool area are possibly shared with other guests that are staying in the Santika Villa next door. Some guests staying in Santika Villa prefer the swimming pool and jacuzzi exclusively and privately booked for their stay. We will let you know if this is the case. The cottage is furnished with a double bed and a single bed can be added for a child if needed. The open-plan kitchenette and lounge area are equipped with a table with chairs, a couch, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. Outside is a patio with a comfortable couch and table and a portable braai in the small garden. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a microwave, 2-plate stove and electric frying as well as crockery and cutlery. Secure parking is available.

Description
The Santika Getaway Cottage can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom comes fitted with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven. The communal swimming pool is right next door. We have a Weber available as well as outside built-in braai facilities on the patio. Secure parking is provided next to the cottage. Guests can enjoy the new private wood-fired hot tub in the back garden. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the hot tub.

The main bedroom contains a double bed, 2 day beds, and an en suite double shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, a double sleeper couch, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fitted with a stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and a mini-dishwasher. There is also a breakfast counter with 6 chairs. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains ample seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and a ceiling fan. Braai facilities are available.
