The place was not cleaned - there was still sputum with toothpaste in an unwashed basin, the toilet smelled like urine, counters were unclean, and the fridge was dirty.

It's unfortunate that you did not communicate with me as I would have happily attended to your concerns or moved you to another unit. The lady who was managing it for me has unfortunately not been performing well and she has been replaced.
